Oarsmen compete in pirogue races during the Festival of the Turning of the Waters. The festival celebrates the reversal of the flow of the Tonle Sap River sending the waters of the Tonle Sap Lake back into the Mekong River after the rainy season. Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
